By utilizing our services and signing a buyer agency agreement or a tenant representative agreement, the buyer/tenant is more likely to find every property for sale. Our buyer/tenant clients are also likely to lease in optimal, targeted areas.
The CannaMercial Realty Group will assist with locating a site that meets the client’s needs, gather demographic data to support the client’s end goals, and help with determining suitable sites.
These hand-selected sites will be based on zoning regulations, environmental conditions, and financial considerations.
