Our public advocacy contribution is geared towards ensuring that all state-sponsored cannabis legislation is built on balance to ensure positive business outcomes. We aim to ensure positive outcomes for all industry participants.
From a federal standpoint, the Cannabis Administration and Opportunity Act (CAO Act), The MORE Act, the STATES Act, the State Reform Act, and the SAFE Banking Act have become the primary avenues for collective federal efforts toward Cannabis Legislation.
As state and federal legalization for commercial medical and recreational programs proceed, it’s important to become aware of preserving and enabling local regulatory and zoning ordinance powers. By building key relationships through political connections and collaborative partners, it’s our goal to continue building community-based partnerships in advancing the Cannabis Industry.
